Ella the Miss Beauty Queen! Part 4!

Hi Hi :)  Last weeks task went great :) With me coming in 2nd from the Poll, with four votes... YAY! This weeks task was a little challenging, I used paint and Stardoll Scenery, I made the skirt look like blue Tulle, and the top look like a side strap! I hope you like this, its called Oooh La La!
